A. Contract

Manage a team of QS to implement all aspects of contract activities from Pre-Contract to completion of project.
To strategize tender/bidding process with competitive pricing and design changes to achieve high success rate. Analyse potential issues and facilitate pricing discussions.
Reviewed and finalized submission for tender/quotation in areas of costing, Bill of Quantities, sub-contractor analysis and compilation of bid.
Represent the company to attend tender interviews/meetings and evaluation of costs to close deals.

Assist and guide projects in evaluating and verifying contractual provision, develop and execute negotiation strategies if needed, to minimize potential losses. Provide overall costing support to Project Team.
Manage deadlines and deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with clients and subcontractors about contractual issues.
Identify potential conflicts or changes requiring solutions.
Evaluate construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors/suppliers and variation of orders to achieve the most competitive price and within budget.
Perform contractors and suppliers’ evaluation from time to time as required.
Lead team on work evaluation and progress claim preparation and submission, in a timely manner.
Attend project meetings, when necessary, tender briefing and contract performance meeting.
Closing of final account with client, sub-contractors and suppliers.
