Responsible for quantity and budget estimation from tender stage, and inception through to completion; monitoring to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
Provide support in contractual matters during pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages. Involve in site measurement, quantity take-off and source for quotation.
Keep track of the work progress based on contract, resolving construction disputes, collecting photos evidence on construction stages.
Provide cost and financial advice to the project team when necessary. Review of variation request; assess the associated variation cost, submission of progress claims and ensure that final accounts are prepared on time.
Involve in sub-contractor tender process, evaluate subcontractors bid and analyse costing before recommendation to award jobs to sub-contractors.
Prepare work done certificate to sub-contractors in accordance to work certified by consultant ensure work done certificate is tally with done at site.
Manage final payment valuation, defect matters, extension of time and submission of loss and expense claim.
Attend site visits and site meetings as and when required by management.
Responsible for generating procurement schedules. Assist in coordination of procurement.
Liaising with consultants on the sample submission and approval status.
Follow up on the Progress Certificate from Architecture and other Consultant.
