Supervise activities executed by all subcontractors and manage the allocation of resources by all sub-contractors.
To supervise daily site works and coordinate with subcontractors on the job site.
Supervise, monitor and inspect architectural works progress at site.
Managing the daily activities at site including quality of work progress.
Administer contractor performance for all projects and ensure compliance to all agreements.
To carry out Quality Assessment for all architectural works in order to meet client and CIDB standards.
Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies etc.)
Under supervision of the manager, prepare construction progress reports for all projects on an everyday basis and manage all communication with contractors and project managers and all stakeholders at site and HQ.
Report non-conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to Project Manager.
Ensuring corrective action taken on all non-conformances and records are raised and maintained.
To liaise with sub-contractor to close all the defects complaints from clients.
Periodic liaise with Project Manager on project site to update the documentation (plan, etc.)
